These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Scenic Grove website and store at scenicgrove.com and shop.scenicgrove.com, and purchases of Scenic Grove products. Scenic Grove sells from Ontario, Canada.

By browsing, ordering, or using the store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or place an order.

An order is an offer to buy. Scenic Grove may accept or decline an order, including where a product is unavailable, a price is incorrect, payment cannot be processed, or the order appears fraudulent or abusive.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract. If you are ordering for someone else, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may exclude or include applicable taxes as indicated. Taxes, shipping, and duties (if any) are calculated as close to checkout as the available information allows and may be adjusted if an address or shipping method changes.

Payment is processed by Scenic Grove’s payment provider when that provider is available. Scenic Grove does not currently complete live checkout payments through Railpop. When Railpop is enabled, payment is confirmed server-side by Scenic Grove and Medusa; a browser redirect is not proof of payment.

Scenic Grove does not store full payment-card numbers on the storefront.

Shipping options and quoted rates are requested from Scenic Grove’s fulfillment partners, currently including Stallion Express, based on the shipping address you provide. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Carriers control transit after handover.

You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address and for receiving the package. Risk of loss typically passes according to the shipping terms used for the order and applicable law. If a shipment is returned as undeliverable, Scenic Grove may contact you about reshipment or a refund minus non-recoverable shipping costs where permitted.

Return and refund eligibility is described in the Returns Policy. Statutory rights under Ontario and Canadian consumer protection law are not waived where those rights cannot be waived.

Inspect products on arrival. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items promptly with photos and your order number through the contact information below. Scenic Grove may require the product to be returned or may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the issue and the law that applies.

Referral rewards, discounts, and promotional benefits may be reversed if an order is cancelled, refunded, or does not remain a qualifying first order after the applicable return period.

Use products as intended and follow any care instructions provided with the product or on the site. Scenic Grove wallets and accessories may include modular attachments, electronic or contactless features, and RFID-related claims as described on the applicable product page.

RFID-related descriptions refer to the product as designed and described. They are not a guarantee against every form of unauthorized scanning, theft, or electronic interference. Electronic and contactless features depend on compatible third-party devices, networks, and cards that Scenic Grove does not control.

Do not modify products in a way that creates a safety risk. Keep small parts away from children.

The store uses independent processors, including Medusa (commerce), Supabase (database), Cloudinary (images), Stallion Express and other carriers (shipping), hosting providers, a transactional email provider when configured, and Railpop for referrals and, when available, payments.

Those services have their own terms. Scenic Grove is not responsible for outages, delays, or acts of those providers except to the extent required by law.

The site is provided as available. Scenic Grove may change, suspend, or discontinue features, including product listings and prices, without notice except where notice is required by law.

You may not use the site to break the law, interfere with security, scrape in an abusive way, attempt unauthorized access, place fraudulent orders, abuse referrals, or misrepresent your identity.

Scenic Grove names, logos, product designs, photographs, copy, and software on the site are owned by Scenic Grove or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, or exploit them except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

Except for warranties that cannot be excluded under Ontario or Canadian law, products and the site are provided without additional warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular unofficial purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scenic Grove is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed, or any other liability that applicable consumer law does not permit Scenic Grove to exclude.

You agree to indemnify Scenic Grove against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site, your breach of these Terms, or your misuse of products, except to the extent a claim is caused by Scenic Grove’s own unlawful conduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights you have in your province or territory of residence.

Scenic Grove may update these Terms. The version posted at shop.scenicgrove.com/terms applies to later visits and later orders. Material changes will be posted on that page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future use.
