Eligibility
Unused products in original condition may be eligible for return within a reasonable period after delivery, unless a product page says otherwise. Statutory consumer rights in Ontario and Canada are not limited where the law does not allow it.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact Scenic Grove promptly with your order number and photos. Scenic Grove may offer a replacement, repair where applicable, or refund, and may ask you to return the item using a provided label.
Refunds and referrals
Refunds are issued to the original payment method when that method exists. Shipping charges may be non-refundable if the return is not due to Scenic Grove error. Referral attributions and rewards may be cancelled if the related order is cancelled or refunded, or if it is not a qualifying first order.
How to start a return
Look up the order at shop.scenicgrove.com/orders and contact Scenic Grove with the order number. Do not return products without instructions, or the package may not be matched to your order.
